Join-in Cooking Class in Local Villa with Market Tour (Unlimited Drinks)

Our cooking class is available with 2 shifts every day:

Morning: 9:00 - 13:30

Afternoon: 15:00 - 19:30

DETAILED ITINERARY
• Get picked up from your hotel (9:00 - 9:30 for Morning Class & 15:00 - 15:30 for Afternoon Class)Note: Exact pick-up time will be informed via mobile phone - (WhatsApp/ LINE/ WeChat/ Kakao Talk/ Imessage/ Viber), hotel receptionist, or Viator message
• Join a local market tour where we'll shop for the ingredients as you will learn about Vietnamese cuisines
• Take a walk to the local villa nearby for the cooking class
• Cook 4-5 dishes under the instructions of the chef
• Enjoy your cooking creations with our unlimited drink offer (local wine in season, Hanoi beer, soft drinks, water, herbal welcome drink)
• End of cooking class and get dropped off at your hotel or any place in the Old Quarter or French Quarter of Hanoi

Hanoian Feast - Menu 1
• BBQ pork with noodles and fish sauce (Bun Cha)
• Fried spring rolls (Nem)
• Banana flowers salad with chicken or green papaya salad with dried beef
• Vietnamese Egg Coffee

Tonkin Origin - Menu 2
• Chicken/Beef soup (Pho)
• Green mango salad with seafood
• Grilled fish
• Vietnamese Egg Coffee 

The "Chay" - Vegetarian Menu
• Spring rolls (fresh or fried)
• Banana flowers salad or green papaya salad
• Eggplant with ginger sauce
• “Che” (Vietnamese traditional dessert) or Egg Coffee
