We will meet at the main train station in Florence where our guide will pick you up in a car. You will then begin the trip towards our farm, seeing our characteristic cypresses, vineyards and olive groves.

We will then proceed towards our farm, where you will be greeted by our animals and then we will have a prosecco appetizer.

We will start preparing the dinner while you start tasting the wines, acompanied by our sommelier, who will explain to you what makes these special, how to judge a wine and some history about both the wine and the region.

You will begin with typical appetizers like Tuscan crostini, local cheeses and prosciutto's, followed by atleast 2 first courses (fresh homemade pasta), a second course consisting of either wild game or a vegetarian version. The meal ends with a dessert consisting of either gelato or tiramisu.

The evening can also include the presence of a musician (accordion and mandolin).

If you are celebrating a special occasion we can prepare a special cake for you with a dedication, to make the day even more special.

The you can have either an espresso or a cappuccino and then we will take you back to Florence.
